Job: IT/Cyber Security Professional

Intelligent Transportation Systems LLC is a managed service provider for critical infrastructure clients.  We are seeking an energetic, and motivated IT Professional who enjoys the challenges of wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment.  From white hat hacking, to rebuilding servers, to designing and installing a new wireless backhaul, this position offers a unique opportunity to utilize, improve, and expand your IT skillsets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Optimizing network security, performance, and resilience through the efficient administration of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Manage PSA, RMM, Password management, BCDR, and Cyber Stack applications for ITS and our customers.
• Special projects related to cyber-resiliency, network discovery, system upgrades, and network management and optimization
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Manage and maintain network configurations including but not limited to: layer 2/3 managed switches, VPNs, VLANs, SNMP, IP Schemes, wireless network infrastructure, intrusion detection devices, next-gen firewalls.
• Manage and maintain Windows 2016 servers, SQL databases, and other computer systems.
• Manage and maintain VMS applications, Ubiquiti radios through UNMS, and PRTG applications
• Field visits for sales engineering, install support, troublshooting, and quality control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Engineering
• Experience with AutoTask PSA/RMM or equivalent
• Experience with Sophos Cyber platform
• Experience with Datto BCDR or comparable solutions
• 3 years of experience working in system administration.
• Preferred certs: MCSA: Server 2016, MCSA:  SQL Server 2012/2014, CompTia Network +, CompTia Security+, CCNA, Genetec, CEH, CISM, Microsoft Cerfitifed Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification
